The 2014 International Computer Science and Engineering Conference (ICSEC2014) is the eighteenth year premier international conference, this year’s theme is “Toward Cloud Computing for Next Generation IT Innovation.” Not only is this conference a forum for both academicians and practitioners in the field of Computer Science and Engineering from around the world to disseminate the results of their research, but it also provides a platform to build a network of researchers in both computational and applied science. ICSEC2014 attracts scholars from as many as 19 countries, including Thailand. In addition, good quality papers published in the Proceedings of ICSEC2014 will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore and International Journal with impact factor.

On behalf of the organizing committee, we would like to deeply express our sincere appreciation for all participations, both in academics and industry, who play important roles on the great effort on their contributions to the conference. To get achieve at this point, all technical program committee members and voluntary reviewers have worked very hard. Without their cooperation, this event would not have been successfully possible.
